The roles we have to fill are around the events and wedding season.
Mainly September to April, from customer services, bar and wait service roles.
Offering variety and flexibility to work alongside your other employment.
About Troop Events
Troop Events is Ballarat’s only Hospitality and Events staff labour-hire company.
Troop Events and the staff we hire give entirely of themselves to make sure others are taken care of.
As a service-based business, we thrive off word-of-mouth referrals, and these can only be achieved through the positive experiences we allow our customers to have with us.
Our passion and positive attitude mean we do everything with a smile and connect with the people we are serving memorably as much as possible.
Troop Staff are always ready with a helpful attitude and a smile, and although we always respect boundaries, we don’t believe in a hard ‘no’. We go above and beyond to ensure that for every event we take part in. We positively affect everyone who interacts with us.
What we look for
We are looking for passionate, customer-focused staff to join our successful team and support our clients with customer service superstars.
We are currently seeking applications from fun, friendly, quality candidates committed to providing exceptional service.
These positions are ideal for anyone with a fun edge and willing to work attitude or interested in a career in events, tourism & hospitality.
